ok here is the deal. the opening talking is from the movie "chicago" but the song Hound dog is not. The song is from the soundtrack of smokey joes cafe. Hope that helps

and type in a search for Big Momma Thornton with the sub section "Muziek" you will find you can create a mail order for  a CD called

Big Momma Thornton

Hound Dog is track 12 of 23 tracks

Have you considered it is a compilation which the couple had specially put together for them. 

Couples frequently have recorded from various sources to achieve  special "dem" music..

Please I am not being facetious but why have you not just asked Greg?  Surely that would have been quicker and simpler.

I found him extremeley helpful when trying to find a waltz he played at Blackpool which I found very beautiful. but did not know the music title or the performers.
